Responsibilities and tasks seem to endlessly take the shape of a piles of leaves. However, our team of Restless Leafs stayed diligent in taking down the growing number of challenges. The team was truly tested this month as we had a distinct number of tasks that seemed difficult to overcome. We had to remind ourselves that every day presents an opportunity to carve out a solution. With so many quick twists and turns, maintaining any mid to high level of productivity can get scary. When the going got tough, we leaned into supporting each other. “At least some of our worst nightmares were avoided.” It begins with an outlook on the obstacle then questions must follow.
Did we handle the situation to the best of our ability?
Are doing enough to support each other and our goals?
Should we change and adapt our method to prevent encountering some of those challenges?
We’re thankful to have the opportunities to continue working towards our mission. Restless Leafs must continue to remain steadfast and ready to for the oncoming challenges. If you can relate to this post, we would love to hear your perspective.
